Our mission is to empower individuals and families in North Texas through comprehensive health education, chronic disease prevention, and mental health support, fostering healthier communities and improving overall quality of life.
Our Organization
Health Lore Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Red Oak, TX. Our mission is to prevent premature deaths in our community by providing nutrition counseling, mental health support, and chronic disease management.
Our Approach
We primarily serve women and children across North Texas, focusing on enhancing health literacy, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing access to essential resources. Our goal is to empower individuals to advocate for their health, reduce healthcare costs, and improve the overall quality of life in our community.
Our Founder
Nikita Wilburne
Executive Director & Founder
Nikita is passionate about serving her community and takes initiative to advocate for the health and well-being of others. She is a certified oncology nurse with Masters in Nutrition, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, and proud resident of Red Oak, TX.
